AMID Overview
The Account Managers Information Database or AMID, is a place to collect, store, update, and easily find information that is generally not publicly available on Inflectra's public website or support home pages.
It is a place where the team can come to find answers to highly technical questions with respect to the workings of the tools, their integrations, security information, licensing and so on.
We intend this to be a collaborative effort by and for the Inflectra Business Development team. As you receive questions, search this database for the answers. If the questions and/or answers do not exist in AMID, please pursue the answers through other means (Inflectra Site, Support Knowledge base, or forums. If you find the answers you seek, please record them here or link to them so the next Account Manager can more easily find the same answer in the future. If you find information that is out of date or needs additional clarification, please flag that content as needing an update and provide the new information and the content links to the administrators for review and update.
This tool is only as good as we, the Account Manager, can make it. Please make every effort to record any information that you find helpful in your interactions with customers and prospects.
